Rev. Dr.  Victor Daka. DD , a Zambia citizen and a devoted Christian, a Bible teacher as well as a student, an ordained and consecrated clergy. was endorsed by the Christian Leaders connection of Liberia, ordained at word of life Christian church, also an international minister  ordained by AEGA international Ministries, Gazette by the Republic of Zambia, Married with one wife and three children as the bible say in the letters of Paul to Timothy.
Received the call of God in April 2004, was first anointing into ministry at Gates of Glory in 2004 by Dr. Justine Likuka, served under different anointed, focused and gifted servants of God from whom he learnt a lot about ministry, a gifted musician, speaker and bible teacher, falls in the gifting of Apostolic.
got endorsed for ordination by Christian Leaders connection after attaining a Master's degree in divinity from Grace international bible University in November 2020 and was conferred with Doctor Of Divinity.
attended bible school as follows, Emmanuel Press of South Africa, World Bible school of USA, Grace International Bible University. Got revelation and vision of Rehoboth Charismatic Christian Embassy in August 2018, established the RCCE also referred to as " THE WORHIP CENTRE" in the year 2021. 
lecturering on satellite under Grace Theological Seminary of Liberia under Bishop Prof Rudolph Q Kuwame.snr, also visiting lecturer at Faisom University in UK under Chancellor Prelate Dr.  A. M. Jonah. receives council from His grace Most Rt Rev. Prof Emmanuel O.B. Osei Bonsu. PhD, the Presiding Archbishop International Council for gospel churches USA/GHANA, also Rt Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Ofosu Asare. PhD, president of Christian Professors International Association.

The visionary has been granted authority to perfom the following sacraments by the ordaining bodies :
1. Ordain and Consecrate
2. Preform ordinances pertaining Ministry as prescribed in Hebrews 7:26;8:2, John 20:21-23, Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15-18,Acts 2:33, Titus 1:5
3.Preach, Perform Holy Matrimony, Baptize, exhort, confirm and practice any Biblical and Religious activity pertaining to the office herein prescribed in Ephesian 4:11-13, Exodus 40:13, Genesis 14:18, Psalm 110:4
4. Appointed to solemonise Marriages in accordance to the Marriage Act Cap 50 of the laws of Zambia
